Microprocessor Controllers

The TECHNICAL SYSTEMS ASSOCIATES, RADPAT Series Microprocessor Controllers are a special line of remote system control units. These units are industry standard 19" rack-mountable components that are capable of remotely commanding antenna and pedestal operations. Cable lengths to 400 feet interface the controller with your system.

Our control units may solely command your system via function switches on the front panel or relinquish control to a remote host computer input via IEEEE 488 GPIB commands, RS232 commands, or parallel bus. The RADPAT Series Microprocessor Controllers provide up to a 16-bit digital steering commands to the antenna system and receives positioning information accurate to within .005°.

These systems are specifically designed to our customer's requirements using off-the-shelf plug in modules.
